Delivery of Digital Products (Courses, Access Passes, Trial Materials)
- Instant Access: Upon successful enrollment or payment, digital learning materials and access credentials will be shared with the user within 1-12 hours via email or WhatsApp.
- Free Delivery: There is no additional cost for delivering digital materials.
- Troubleshooting Access: If you haven’t received access within 12 hours, please contact our support team at support@stackuplearning.com.

Shipping of Physical Products (e.g., Learning Kits, Merchandise)
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmation.
- Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
- Shipping Charges:
Free shipping for orders above ₹10,000.
A flat fee of ₹1000 will be charged for orders below the threshold. - Delivery Areas: We currently ship across India. For international shipping, please reach out to us prior to ordering.

Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier partner details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can track your shipment through the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Delays or Failed Delivery
- In case of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, logistics issues), Stackup will notify you proactively.
- For failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.
